Shipping (Domestic & International)

Domestic shipping: The shipping costs are depending on the volume of your orders and the charge by the courier service. We use PosLaju or DHL eCommerce for Domestic shipping (whichever within the flat rate charges).

International shipping: Please send us an email at eleenalystudio@gmail.com to enquire about the shipping costs to your preferred country. We use DHL for international shipping for smooth delivery. Please take note on any customs or imported duties charged (if any) once the parcel reaches to the destination country and all the charges will be borne by you (customer). We do not responsible for any of these charges.

Refund & Exchange (not available)

As a small business, we designed our products exclusively with limited quantity. We do quality control on our products before packed and shipped to you. Hope you love it as much as we do and thank you for supporting us!
